Prymat's beer & honey marinade combines the dry bitterness of beer with the delicate sweetness of honey and the distinctive aroma of spices such as red pepper, onion, garlic, turmeric, marjoram and mustard. It brings out the flavour of roast pork neck, shoulder, sirloin or other meat dishes. The marinade is also excellent for vegetables, mushrooms and cheese.
