Delivery Information

There may be additional charges to the remote parts of the UK, such as the Highlands and Islands. Additional charges and extra delivery time may apply to small orders which may be sent by Royal Mail.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE BUSIEST TIME OF THE YEAR, FOR EXAMPLE BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR, SOME COURIER COMPANIES MAY TAKE LONGER TO DELIVER YOUR ORDERS. MANY COURIER COMPANIES STRUGGLE TO DELIVER ON TIME AND WE HAVE TO RELY ON THEM TO DELIVER YOUR ORDERS. PLEASE BE PATIENT. YOUR ORDERS ARE ON THEIR WAY. YOUR BUSINESS IS IMPORTANT FOR US AND WE SHIP MOST OF THE ORDERS WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

Delivery may take 2-5 working days and your parcel will usually arrive by either ParcelForce, Royal Mail, Hermes or UPS depending on the size, weight of the order and your postal address. Our Standard Delivery Charges depend on the weight of your order. We tend to ship by Next Day Delivery only to keep your order fresh, which may be essential for some products. Please note that deliveries may take longer during busy periods, such as before Christmas and New Year etc.

Please note, that the expected delivery times exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Please also note that if you order on Thursday or Friday, we will tend to ship the following Monday so that your groceries are not held at depots or vans with courier companies.

If your order contains an item which is currently out of stock but due in the next few days, we will wait until the whole order can be despatched together. Should an item be particularly urgent please state this at the time of ordering so we can contact you if there are going to be any delays.
Please note: that the above delivery prices are for website orders only, orders placed by telephone will be agreed separately.

Important Delivery Information

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time for any of the delivery services we use.
Please use the full street address; we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in your parcel being delayed or even returned to us which may incur re-delivery charges.

Please ensure that you are available to take delivery of your parcel. If for any reason you are not available to accept the parcel it will normally be held for a short time by the courier for you to either collect or make further arrangments to be re-delivered before being returned to us, if your parcel is returned to us it may result in additional charges.

All orders will normally require a signature upon delivery, but in some cases, if you have given us specific instructions, can be left outside the premises. We are happy to arrange delivery to a friend, relative, neighbour or business address if this is more convenient, you can choose this option during the checkout process.

Please check your order/parcel before taking delivery/signing for it. You must report any damage within 2 working days. Please refer to your terms and conditions if you wish to exchange or to return any goods/products and claim a refund or replacement.
