Recipe for Happy Lemons

Measure out 250 ml of boiling water, dissolve lemon jelly, add 150 ml of bison, mix. Pour into a small, flat dish (about 1 cm layer), refrigerate until solid. Cut the jelly with a sharp knife into 2 x 2 cm cubes.
